Georgetown is located just north of Round Rock and Austin with I-35 intersecting the town into east and west Georgetown.
Most known for it’s great hill country living, Southwestern University and it’s quaint shopping and dining on the square, Georgetown has much to offer those seeking to live in a great central Texas town.

One of the great things about Georgetown is the variety of homes. You can find the historic victorian dollhouse, the ranch style home with some land and a lot of other options in between. Right now there is quite a bit of development west of I-35 going towards Cedar Park/Leander where you have everything from custom home builds to a master builder in one particular development.
Georgetown Shopping and Recreation
Georgetown is known for having a great variety of antique shops, mom and pop restaurants and fantastic golf courses. In addition you can find some great trails and nature hikes along the Sabine river. Many also love to come to Georgetown for various festivals, market days and much more.
Many of the dining options in Georgetown reflect a smaller town feel but with a gourmet twist, which I personally love. It’s great to spend some time in the square and shop, eat and just take in the historic charm of the town.
